Today we went for an Easter Egg Hunt.  Our town’s Recreation department holds one at one of the parks.  We waited for about 15 minutes in the gazebo before it started.  There were a lot of kids there!  But it was well organized; Ages 0-4 hunted in the playground; 4-7 hunted in the big grassy field.  If you were older than 7 you weren’t supposed to be there.

Andrew, Rob, myself, Grammy, and Grampy were there (my parents).  Andrew got the hang of picking up eggs and putting them in the basket very quickly.  Soon his basket (which was as big as he is) was 1/2 full.

After a busy hunt, we went for a ride on the swingset, and played in the jungle gym.  And even got to sit in the fire truck.  That was noisy, but a lot of fun.  Andrew really enjoyed being outside (more than us adults) even though it was in the 40’s and drizzling.  Here are photos of our day…
