FAQ’s…

Since we announced our new arrival, we’ve gotten a lot of questions. And not surprisingly, a lot of the questions are very similar. To save email time, (not that we don’t want to chat, but Heather is still working and tired) we thought we’d answer some here.

  • Baby is due November 17th — as of right now we are planning to find out the gender if the baby will allow it.
  • Heather has had morning sickness — she gets queasy, and she has had several days of all-out nausea.
  • She’s very tired — sleeping by 7 or 8 EST is not uncommon, and an afternoon nap is preferred.
  • Even though she’s been sick, we still have good days — just need to take it easy.
  • Heather is planning to work through the pregnancy, and go back to work in some way afterward.
  • We will have a registry soon — but are waiting a few weeks to make sure that the current spring merchandise will also be in stock in the fall.
  • For our viewers who already have little ones, for those of you who have offered sharing baby supplies — thank you.

We have also set up a baby pool/poll for friends & family to guess the gender/birth weight/length/due date for fun. Most likely your prize will be a shout out on the blog when you get the closest, but we may be more industrious by November.  If you need to find it later on; it’s in the “Links” section on the LHS of the blogpage.

Save the Date

We have been pretty scarce on the ol’ blogosphere since March, mostly due to the weather, but also because we’ve been busy doing other things. We still owe you some photos of our past cruise; they are coming — we promise!

We thought we’d let everyone now know we’re expecting our first child in November.

As we have info to share, we’ll let people know here. For those on the West Coast who might want to contact us, please give us an email in advance; Heather gets pretty sleepy EARLY and the time difference might mean she’s sleeping if you call at night.
