This past weekend was the 2nd annual Preuss Turkey Fry.
20 friends joined us & Buster to celebrate fried turkey & beer. Apparently we have all “matured” in the past year, as the beer consumption dropped tremendously. That was probably a good thing, because we had some serious partying going on last year. Either that, or we had a large proportion of Michigan fans and they were not in the partying mood.
Either way, we had some awesome food and great company. Here’s Mr. Bird, in his 21 lbs of meat, and extra 1lb of bourbon/cider marinade…
